Job Overview 

We are seeking passionate and driven candidates for our Customer Service Valet Representative. Detailed Job Duties & Responsibilities  

  • Meet and greet customers in a professional and friendly manner 
  • Process transactions accurately by handling cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments, ensuring proper change, receipts, and refunds are issued. 
  • Assist customers with inquiries and ensure smooth, efficient checkout while maintaining a clean and organized register area. 
  • Assist customers as they arrive, directing vehicles to appropriate lanes for parking based on their needs (e.g., cafe, EV charging, car wash, auto repair). 
  • Ensure vehicles are parked in designated areas and manage traffic flow for efficient service. 
  • Drive vehicles to the car wash bay or designated service areas when necessary, requiring a valid driver's license for safe operation. 
  • Work outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions, maintaining a professional demeanor and providing excellent customer service in all environments. 
  • Provide a personalized guest service experience 
  • Collect & Record guest information and schedule reservations or appointments 
  • Offer loyalty programs, rewards options and membership offers 
  • Coordinate and keep tracks of services with other departments 
  • Work with other departments and deliver best-fit solutions for guests 
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing calls or emails promptly 
  • Maintain the high level of service as per company standards 
  • Handle guest complaints effectively and efficiently by being responsive and receptive, and  analytical 
  • Provide support to guests on services and other related enquiries 
  • Increase guest loyalty by delivering a value-added service to our guests 
  • Take responsibility for the front office to always ensure smooth and efficient operation 
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and advancements in Concierge  services. 
  • Perform other related duties  
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, and consistently embrace and exemplify the company’s core values in all aspects of work. 
  • Expected to cross-train in various areas of the business and provide support as needed to fill in for other roles. 
Experience & Education
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Higher Diploma or above in hospitality management or 
  • related disciplines. 
  • Preferably has relevant experience in customer 
  • service for 2-3years 
  • Self-motivated and well-organized 
  • Able to work independently and under pressure 
  • Customer-oriented and good communications skills 
  • Takes pride in being a customer service representative 
  • Loves interacting with guests and customers 
  • Pleasing personality 
  • Is a self-starter and a team player 
  • Communicates in English (oral and written) 
  • Loves being creative with an eye for detail 
  • Enjoys crafting best-fit solutions for the guests 
  • Has a passion for Customer Service 
  • Willing to learn and grow with the company 
  • Has strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office is required 

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
