Customer Experience Representative (CSR / Valet Associate)

We're looking for energetic, customer-focused team members who take initiative and love working with people. As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll be the face of NU3S, creating great first impressions while supporting our car wash, auto care center, and market café operations.

What You'll Do

Welcome and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude
Process orders, payments, and answer questions about our services
Safely drive customer vehicles through the car wash bay and service areas
Manage vehicle flow and valet operations
Promote memberships, rewards programs, and services
Coordinate with car wash, café, and auto care teams
Help wherever needed to ensure an outstanding guest experience
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Requirements

Valid Driver's License REQUIRED
Comfortable driving customer vehicles
Strong customer service and communication skills
Positive attitude and professional appearance
Self-starter who takes initiative and works well in a team
Reliable, organized, and willing to learn
Customer service, retail, hospitality, valet, or automotive experience is a plus

Important

Must have a valid Driver's License.
Must be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and varying temperatures.
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.

Job Details

Position: Customer Experience Representative (CSR / Valet Associate)
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: Starting at $19.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
