$18/hr DOE | Part‑Time | Queens, NY

Nu3s Market Café is hiring a part‑time Prep/Line Cook to support daily kitchen operations at our new location in Queens. We’re looking for someone who knows the pace and rhythm of a QSR or café kitchen and can jump in wherever needed to keep service running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Prep ingredients and cook menu items according to company recipes
Support line cooking during service and assist across all kitchen stations
Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and café‑level hygiene standards
Assist with inventory, deliveries, and general kitchen organization
Help with dishwashing and back‑of‑house tasks as needed
Work as part of a small, collaborative team focused on quality and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

Experience working in a QSR, café, fast‑casual, or high‑volume kitchen
Strong understanding of basic cooking techniques and food safety
Ability to follow recipes, stay organized, and multitask during busy periods
ServSafe certification is a plus
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
Flexible availability (mornings, afternoons, weekends, holidays)
