Prep Cook – Nu3s Market Café, Queens

Nu3s Market Café is opening soon in Queens, and we’re looking to hire a part‑time Prep Cook to join our team. If you’ve worked in a café, quick‑service, or fast‑casual kitchen, and are comfortable in a fast, steady environment, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Prep ingredients and cook menu items following our recipe cards
Support the line during service and help across different stations
Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and up to food‑safety standards
Assist with inventory, deliveries, and general kitchen setup
Jump in with dishwashing and back‑of‑house tasks when needed
Work with a small team that communicates well and stays focused during busy periods

What We’re Looking For

Experience preferred in a QSR, café, fast‑casual, or high‑volume kitchen
Solid prep and basic cooking skills
Ability to follow recipes, stay organized, and multitask
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
ServSafe certification is a plus
